OpenSees is a software framework for developing applications to simulate the performance of structural and geotechnical systems subjected to earthquakes. It is an open-source software developed by the Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center (PEER) under the direction of Professor Gregory L. Fenves at the University of California, Berkeley.
